Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence

I had misplaced my traveling shoe bag containing a pair of green slippers and brown sandals, which I recently purchased from my recent travel to Pakistan. It has sentimental value, so when Neisya and Ocha confirmed to me that they were able to locate it, I was pleasantly surprised and truly pleased with their efforts and honesty to try and locate it for me. It certainly highlights their level of trust and reliability, which is highly commendable.

The room is a good big size, clean and comfortable. The lifts are pretty slow. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. All in all it is a good hotel in a very good location.

Staff was great, from Concierge to Restaurant to Housekeeping. Everyone was nothing but helpful. Value for money, definitely but there’s no connecting rooms if you’re expecting such.

I liked the location , close proximity to Nagoya shopping mall ( walking distance) few cafés just five minutes waking distance , quiet hotel but central , staff very good !

For the price and room space,it is more than worth it. It met my basic expectations ,like Good wifi,safe to keep personal belongings.comfortable space.Everything is just perfect for me.
